English Translation
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) mounted his she-camel and it stood up straight with him near the mosque of Dhul-Hulayfah, then he (peace be upon him) pronounced the Talbiyah: "Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am; You have no partner, here I am. Indeed all praise and blessing are Yours, and the dominion; You have no partner." He (the narrator) said: Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say, "This is the Talbiyah of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)." Nafi said: Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to add these words to it: "Here I am (in Your service), here I am (in Your service), here I am; all good fortune is from You, and all good is in Your hands. Here I am; toward You I turn in desire, and (all) action is for You."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمجب اونٹنی پر سوار ہوئے اور وہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو لے کر مسجد ذوالحلیفہ کے نزدیک سیدھی کھڑی ہو گئی، تب آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے لبیک فرمائی یعنی”میں حاضر ہوں، اے اللہ! میں حاضر ہوں، میں حاضر ہوں۔ تیرا کوئی شریک نہیں، میں حاضر ہوں۔ بیشک سب تعریف اور نعمت تیرے لئے ہے، ملک تیرا ہی ہے اور تیرا کوئی شریک نہیں“۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے تھے کہ یہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکا تلبیہ ہے۔ نافع کہتے ہیں کہ سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما اس میں یہ کلمات زیادہ پڑھتے تھے کہ”میں حاضر ہوں (تیری خدمت میں) میں حاضر ہوں، (تیری خدمت میں) میں حاضر ہوں اور سعادت سب تیری ہی طرف سے ہے اور خیر تیرے ہی ہاتھوں میں ہے۔ میں حاضر ہوں اور تیری ہی طرف رغبت کرتا ہوں اور عمل تیرے ہی لئے ہے“۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 661]
