English Translation
Narrated Aisha the Truthful, Mother of the Believers (may Allah be pleased with her): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "There is no day on which Allah frees more servants from the Fire than the day of Arafah. And Allah draws near (to His servants) and, seeing the state of the servants, boasts of them before the angels and says, 'What do these seek by gathering?'"
Urdu Translation
ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: عرفہ سے بڑھ کر کوئی دن ایسا نہیں ہے جس میں اللہ تعالیٰ بندوں کو آگ سے اتنا آزاد کرتا ہو جتنا عرفہ کے دن آزاد کرتا ہے۔ اور اللہ تعالیٰ (اپنے بندوں کے) قریب ہوتا ہے اور بندوں کا حال دیکھ کر فرشتوں پر فخر کرتا ہے اور فرماتا ہے کہ یہ کس ارادہ سے جمع ہوئے ہیں؟[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 643]
