English Translation
Narrated Umm al-Fadl bint al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with her): Some people around her disputed, on the day of Arafah (at Arafat), about the fasting of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). Some said he was fasting and some said he was not. So Umm al-Fadl sent a cup of milk to him (peace be upon him) while he was stationed on his camel at Arafat, and he drank it.
Urdu Translation
سیدہ ام فضل بنت حارث رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہان کے پاس چند لوگوں نے عرفہ کے دن (عرفات میں) رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے روزے کے بارے میں اختلاف کیا۔ کسی نے کہا کہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمروزے سے ہیں اور کسی نے کہا کہ نہیں۔ تب ام الفضل نے دودھ کا ایک پیالہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی خدمت میں بھیجا اور آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمعرفات میں اپنے اونٹ پر ٹھہرے ہوئے تھے تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے اسے پی لیا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 621]
