English Translation
Narrated Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): A blind man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah, there is no one to lead me by the hand to the mosque," and he sought permission from him to pray at home. He granted him permission. Then when he had turned to go, he called him and asked, "Do you hear the adhan?" He said, "Yes." He said, "Then come to the mosque." [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 321]
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے پاس ایک نابینا شخص آیا اور عرض کیا کہ اے اللہ کے رسولصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! مجھے کوئی پکڑ کر مسجد تک لانے والا نہیں اور اس نے آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے گھر میں نماز پڑھنے کے لئے رخصت چاہی تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے اسے اجازت دیدی۔ پھر جب لوٹ گیا تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے بلا کر پوچھا کہ کیا تم اذان سنتے ہو؟ اس نے عرض کیا کہ ہاں۔ تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ تم مسجد میں آیا کرو۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 321]
