English Translation
Narrated Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "I have been commanded to prostrate on seven bones: on the forehead"—and he (peace be upon him) pointed with his hand towards the nose—"and on both hands, and on both knees, and on the toes of both feet, and I have been commanded not to gather up the garment or the hair."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: مجھے سات ہڈیوں پر سجدہ کرنے کا حکم ہوا ہے۔ پیشانی پر اور آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے اپنے ہاتھ سے ناک کی طرف اشارہ کیا اور دونوں ہاتھوں پر اور دونوں گھٹنوں پر اور دونوں قدموں کی انگلیوں پر اور کپڑے اور بال نہ سمیٹنے کا حکم ہوا ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 299]
