English Translation

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, on the Day of Resurrection, (people's) sweat will sink seventy fathoms (the span of both outstretched arms) into the earth, and for some people it will reach up to their mouths or their ears." (The narrator) Thawr is in doubt about this (whether he said 'up to the mouth' or 'up to the ears').
