English Translation
Narrated Aishah al-Siddiqah, Mother of the Believers (may Allah be pleased with her): A man sought permission to enter upon the Prophet (peace be upon him), and the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Give him permission; he is an evil man of his clan." When he entered, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) spoke gently with him. Aishah al-Siddiqah, Mother of the Believers (may Allah be pleased with her), said, "O Messenger of Allah! You said such a thing about him, then you spoke gently with him." So the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "O Aishah! The worst of people in the sight of Allah, the Exalted, on the Day of Resurrection will be the one whom people abandon out of fear of his evil."
Urdu Translation
ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہایک آدمی نے نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے اندر آنے کی اجازت مانگی تو رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ اس کو اجازت دو، یہ اپنے کنبے میں ایک برا شخص ہے۔ جب وہ اندر آیا تو رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے اس سے نرمی سے باتیں کیں۔ ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا کہ یا رسول اللہ! آپ نے تو اس کو ایسا فرمایا تھا، پھر اس سے نرمی سے باتیں کیں۔ تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ اے عائشہ! برا شخص اللہ تعالیٰ کے نزدیک قیامت میں وہ ہو گا جس کو لوگ اس کی بدگمانی کی وجہ سے چھوڑ دیں۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1789]
