English Translation
Asim al-Ahwal said: It was said to Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him): Did you hear from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) that there is no alliance (hilf) in Islam? Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) established an alliance between Quraysh and the Ansar in his house.
Urdu Translation
عاصم احول کہتے ہیں کہسیدنا انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہا گیا کہ کیا آپ نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے سنا ہے کہ اسلام میں حلف نہیں ہے؟ تو سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ بیشک رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے قریش اور انصار کے درمیان اپنے گھر میں حلف کرایا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1739]
