English Translation
Samurah ibn Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade us from naming our slaves with these four names: Aflah (successful), Rabah (profitable), Yasar (ease), and Nafi' (beneficial)."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا سمرہ بن جندب رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ہمیں اپنے غلاموں کے یہ چار نام رکھنے سے منع فرمایا افلح، رباح، یسار، اور نافع۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1410]
