English Translation
Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Allah is pleased with a servant who praises Him after eating and praises Him after drinking."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ بندے سے راضی ہوتا ہے جب وہ کھا کر ((الحمدللہ)) پڑھے یا پی کر ((الحمدللہ)) پڑھے (یعنی صبح یا شام یا کسی اور وقت کے کھانے کے بعد)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1305]
