English Translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was asked: "If a slave-girl who is not married commits adultery, what is her punishment?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Lash her, then if she commits adultery again, lash her again, then if she commits adultery again, lash her again. Then sell her, even if for a rope's worth in price." Ibn Shihab is uncertain whether the command to sell was given after the third time or after the fourth time. Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے پوچھا گیا کہ لونڈی جو شادی شدہ نہیں ہے، وہ زنا کرے تو کیا سزا ہو گی؟ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ اس کو کوڑے لگاؤ، پھر زنا کرے تو پھر کوڑے لگاؤ۔ پھر زنا کرے تو پھر کوڑے لگاؤ۔ پھر اس کو بیچ ڈالو اگرچہ ایک رسی قیمت کی آئے۔ ابن شہاب کو شک ہے کہ بیچنے کا حکم تیسری بار کے بعد دیا، یا چوتھی بار کے بعد۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1041]
