Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، قَالَ هَذَا مَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرَ أَحَادِيثَ مِنْهَا وَقَالَ " أَقِيمُوا الصَّفَّ فِي الصَّلاَةِ فَإِنَّ إِقَامَةَ الصَّفِّ مِنْ حُسْنِ الصَّلاَةِ " .
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Rafi' narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, he said: Ma'mar narrated to us, from Hammam ibn Munabbih, who said: This is what Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated to us from the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). He then mentioned several hadiths, among them: He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: 'Straighten the rows in prayer, for the straightening of the rows is part of the excellence of prayer.'
Urdu Translation
ہم سے محمد بن رافع نے بیان کیا، کہا: ہم سے عبد الرزاق نے بیان کیا، کہا: ہم سے معمر نے بیان کیا، ہمام بن منبہ سے، انہوں نے فرمایا: یہ ہے جو ہمیں حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے بیان فرمایا، پھر انہوں نے متعدد احادیث بیان کیں، ان میں سے ایک یہ ہے کہ آپ نے فرمایا: ''نماز میں صف سیدھی رکھو کیونکہ صف کو سیدھا رکھنا نماز کے حسنِ ادائیگی کا حصہ ہے۔''
