Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَاهُ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنِ الْمُخْتَارِ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ غَيْرَ أَنَّ إِسْحَاقَ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ قَالَ " قَالَ اللَّهُ إِنَّ أُمَّتَكَ " .
English Translation
Hadrat Ishaq ibn Ibrahim (may Allah be well pleased with him) said: Jarir informed us. Likewise, Hadrat Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah said: al-Hasan ibn Ali narrated to us from Za'idah. Both (Jarir and Za'idah) narrated from Mukhtar, from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). However, in Ishaq's narration, the words 'Allah the Mighty and Majestic said: Verily the people of your Ummah...' are not mentioned.
Urdu Translation
اسحاق بن ابراہیم نے کہا: ہمیں جریر نے خبر دی، نیز حضرت ابو بکر بن ابی شیبہ نے کہا: ہمیں حسن بن علی نے زائدہ سے حدیث سنائی اور ان دونوں (جریر اور زائدہ) نے مختار سے، انہوں نے حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے اور انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے روایت کی، تاہم اسحاق کی روایت میں یہ الفاظ نہیں ہیں: 'اللہ عزّوجلّ نے فرمایا: بے شک آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی امت.......'
