Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ هَاشِمِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ الْعَبْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ أَبِي النَّضْرِ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيَّ، أَرْسَلَ إِلَى أَبِي جُهَيْمٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ مَا سَمِعْتَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ فَذَكَرَ بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ .
English Translation
This hadith has been narrated from Hadrat Abu Juhaim al-Ansari (may Allah be well pleased with him) through another chain of transmitters, from Sufyan who narrated from Abu al-Nadr Salim, who narrated from Busr ibn Sa'id, that Hadrat Zaid ibn Khalid al-Juhani (may Allah be well pleased with him) sent him to Hadrat Abu Juhaim al-Ansari (may Allah be well pleased with him) to ask what he heard the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say... then Sufyan narrated a hadith with the same meaning as Malik's narration.
Urdu Translation
سفیان نے ابو نضر سالم سے اور انہوں نے بسر بن سعید سے روایت کی کہ حضرت زید بن خالد جہنی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے انہیں حضرت ابو جہیم انصاری رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کے پاس بھیجا تاکہ پوچھیں کہ آپ نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو کیا فرماتے سنا... پھر سفیان نے مالک کی روایت کے ہم معنیٰ حدیث بیان کی۔
