Arabic (Original)
وَعَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ قَالَ: قَالَتِ الْأَنْصَارُ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ أَتْبَاعٌ وَإِنَّا قَدِ اتَّبَعْنَاكَ فَادْعُ اللَّهَ أَنْ يَجْعَلَ أَتْبَاعَنَا منا فَدَعَا بِهِ رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Madinah will be left in its best condition; no one will enter it except beasts and birds of prey. The last people to be gathered will be two shepherds from Muzaynah heading toward Madinah driving their sheep. They will find it deserted, and when they reach Thaniyyat al-Wada', they will fall on their faces." Agreed upon.
Urdu Translation
زید بن ارقم رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں، انصار نے عرض کیا، اللہ کے نبی! ہر نبی کے پیروکار ہوتے ہیں، ہم نے بھی آپ کی اتباع کی ہے، آپ اللہ سے دعا فرمائیں کہ وہ ہمارے متبعین کو ہم میں شریک فرما دے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اس کی دعا فرمائی۔ رواہ البخاری۔[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب المناقب/حدیث: 6263]
