Arabic (Original)
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ لَتَأْخُذُ لِلْقَوْمِ» يَعْنِي تُجيرُ على الْمُسلمين. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Huraira reported the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) as saying, “A woman acts for the people,” i.e. she gives protection on behalf of the Muslims. Tirmidhi transmitted it.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: عورت بھی لوگوں کی طرف سے پناہ دے سکتی ہے یعنی مسلمانوں کی طرف سے۔ (ترمذی)
