Arabic (Original)
وَعَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ الْغَنَوِيِّ قَالَ: كُنْتُ جَالِسًا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذْ أَقْبَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ فَبَسَطَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رِدَاءَهُ حَتَّى قَعَدَتْ عَلَيْهِ فَلَمَّا ذَهَبَتْ قِيلَ هَذِهِ أَرْضَعَتِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
English Translation
Hadrat Abut Tufail al-Ghanawi said:When I was sitting with the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) a woman came forward and the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) spread out his cloak and she sat on it. Then when she went away someone said that this woman had suckled the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). Abu Dawud transmitted it.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوطفیل غنوی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں: میں نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے پاس بیٹھا تھا کہ ایک عورت آئی۔ نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اپنی چادر بچھائی اور وہ اس پر بیٹھ گئی۔ جب وہ چلی گئی تو کہا گیا: یہ وہ عورت ہے جس نے نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو دودھ پلایا تھا۔ (حضرت ابوداؤد)
