Arabic (Original)
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: كَانَتْ قِرَاءَةُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى قَدْرِ مَا يَسْمَعُهُ مَنْ فِي الْحُجْرَةِ وَهُوَ فِي الْبَيْتِ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn ‘Abbas said the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)’s recitation was loud enough for one who was in the inner chamber to hear it when he was in the house. Abu Dawud transmitted it.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی قراءت اتنی ہوتی تھی کہ حجرے میں بیٹھا ہوا شخص سن سکے جبکہ آپ کمرے میں ہوتے۔ (حضرت ابوداؤد)
