995 صحيح حديث أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رضي الله عنه، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، نَهى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ؛ وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ اشْتِرَاءُ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ فِي رُءُوسِ النَّخْلِ
English Translation
Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade the exchange of silver for silver and gold for gold, except in equal amounts, and he permitted selling gold for silver and silver for gold as one wished (in different amounts, as long as it was hand to hand).
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے”«الْمُزَابَنَةِ»مزابنہ اور«الْمُحَاقَلَةِ»محاقلہ سے منع فرمایا“،«الْمُزَابَنَةُ»مزابنہ درخت پر موجود کھجور اتری ہوئی کھجور کے بدلے میں خریدنے کو کہتے ہیں۔[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب البيوع/حدیث: 995]
