985 صحيح حديث زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرْخَصَ لِصَاحِبِ الْعَرِيَّةِ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا بِخَرْصِهَا
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever buys a sheep that has been left unmilked (for days to make it seem that it gives more milk), he has three days to decide: if he is pleased, he keeps it; if not, he returns it along with a sa' of dates."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا زید بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے صاحبِ عریہ کو اس کی اجازت دی کہ”اپنا عریہ اس کے اندازے برابر میوے کے بدل بیچ ڈالے۔“[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب البيوع/حدیث: 985]
