965 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهى عَنِ الْمُلاَمَسَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ
English Translation
Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "When two persons conduct a sale, each of them has the right of option as long as they have not separated, or one of them gives the other the option."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے بیع ملامسہ اور بیع منابذہ سے منع فرمایا۔[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب البيوع/حدیث: 965]
