624 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: لَيْسَ الْغِنَى عَنْ كَثْرَةِ الْعَرَضِ وَلكِنَّ الْغِنَى غِنَى النَّفْسِ
English Translation
Narrated Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet (peace be upon him): "Richness is not having many possessions. Rather, true richness is the richness of the soul (self-contentment)."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”تونگری یہ نہیں ہے کہ سامان زیادہ ہو بلکہ امیری یہ ہے کہ دل غنی ہو۔“[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب الزكاة/حدیث: 624]
