538 صحيح حديث عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَتْ: إِنَّمَا مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى يَهُودِيَّةٍ يَبْكِي عَلَيْهَا أَهْلُهَا، فَقَالَ: إِنَّهُمْ ليبْكُونَ عَلَيْهَا، وَإِنَّهَا لَتُعَذَّبُ فِي قَبْرِهَا
English Translation
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) passed by a grave that had been buried at night. He asked: "When was this person buried?" They said: "Last night." He said: "Why did you not inform me?" They said: "We buried him in the darkness of the night and did not wish to wake you." He stood and we lined up behind him, and he prayed over the grave.
Urdu Translation
نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی زوجہ مطہرہ سیدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے فرمایا کہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکا گزر ایک یہودی عورت پر ہوا جس کے مرنے پر اس کے گھر والے رو رہے تھے، اس وقت آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”یہ لوگ رو رہے ہیں حالانکہ اس کو قبر میں عذاب کیا جا رہا ہے۔“[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب الجنائز/حدیث: 538]
