534 صحيح حديث عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رضي الله عنه، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: الْمَيِّتُ يُعَذَّبُ فِي قَبْرِهِ بِمَا نِيحَ عَلَيْهِ
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever attends the funeral until the prayer is offered will have one qirat, and whoever stays until the burial will have two qirats." It was said: "What are the two qirats?" He said: "The smaller of them is like Mount Uhud."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”میت کو اس پر نوحہ کیے جانے کی وجہ سے بھی قبر میں عذاب ہوتا ہے۔“[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب الجنائز/حدیث: 534]
