321 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى نُخَامَةً فِي جِدَارِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَتَنَاوَلَ حَصَاةً فَحَكَّهَا، فَقَالَ: إِذَا تَنَخَّمَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلاَ يَتَنَخَّمَنَّ قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ، وَلاَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، وَلْيَبْصُقْ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ أَوْ تَحْتَ قَدَمِهِ الْيُسْرَى
English Translation
Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: Abu Bakr used to lead the people in prayer during the Prophet's final illness. On a Monday, while the people were in rows for prayer, the Prophet lifted the curtain of Aisha's room and looked at us. His face was like a page of the Quran (radiant). He smiled and laughed. We were almost tempted to break our prayer out of joy at seeing the Prophet. Abu Bakr stepped back to join the row, thinking the Prophet would come out to pray. But the Prophet gestured to them to continue their prayer and dropped the curtain. He passed away that same day.
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ اور سیدنا ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے مسجد کی دیوار پر بلغم دیکھا تو رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ایک کنکری لی اور اسے صاف کر دیا، پھر فرمایا:”جب کوئی شخص تھوکے تو اسے سامنے یا داہنی طرف نہ تھوکنا چاہیے، البتہ بائیں طرف یا پاؤں کے نیچے تھوک لے۔“[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب المساجد ومواضع الصلاة/حدیث: 321]
