1098 صحيح حديث عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَطَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَ سارِقٍ فِي مِجَنٍّ ثَمَنُهُ ثَلاَثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ
English Translation
A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The hand of a thief should not be cut off except for a quarter of a dinar or more."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ایک ڈھال پر ہاتھ کاٹا تھا جس کی قیمت تین درہم تھی۔[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب الحدود/حدیث: 1098]
