Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ هُلْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَؤُمُّنَا فَيَأْخُذُ شِمَالَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ .
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Qabisah bin Hulb that his father (may Allah be well pleased with him) said:“The Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used to lead us in prayer, and he would take hold of his left hand with his right.”
Urdu Translation
حضرت ہلب رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ہماری امامت فرماتے تو اپنا بایاں ہاتھ دائیں ہاتھ سے پکڑے رہتے تھے۔
