Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُهَزِّمِ، يَزِيدُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " الْمُؤْمِنُ أَكْرَمُ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مِنْ بَعْضِ مَلاَئِكَتِهِ " .
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated:“The believer is more precious to Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, than some of His angels.”
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: مومن اللہ عزوجل کے نزدیک اس کے بعض فرشتوں سے زیادہ معزز و محترم ہے ۔
