حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِشَامٍ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ فِي ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ " .
English Translation
It was narrated from Amir bin Sa'd, from this father, that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated:“The hand of the thief is to be cut off for the price of a shield
Urdu Translation
حضرت سعد رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: ڈھال کی قیمت کے برابر میں چور کا ہاتھ کاٹا جائے گا ۔
