حَدَّثَنَاإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: ثَنَايَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: ثَنَاحُمَيْدٌ، عَنْبَكْرٍ، عَنْأَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنْأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَقِيَهُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ، قَالَ: فَانْخَنَسْتُ فَاغْتَسَلْتُ ثُمَّ جِئْتُ، فَقَالَ:" أَيْنَ كُنْتَ أَوْ أَيْنَ ذَهَبْتَ؟" قُلْتُ: إِنِّي كُنْتُ جُنُبًا، قَالَ:" إِنَّالْمُسْلِمَ لا يَنْجُسُ".
English Translation
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever performs wudu and does it well, then goes to the Friday prayer, listens attentively and remains silent, he is forgiven what is between that and the next Friday plus three more days. And whoever touches pebbles (fidgets) has engaged in idle play."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے ان کی ملاقات ہوئی۔ اس وقت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ جنبی تھے، کہتے ہیں: میں واپس لوٹ گیا اور غسل کر کے واپس آیا، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے پوچھا: تم کہاں چلے گئے تھے؟، عرض کیا: میں جنبی تھا، فرمایا: مسلمان نجس نہیں ہوتا۔[المنتقى ابن الجارود/كتاب الطهارة/حدیث: 96]
