Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَامَحْمُودُ بْنُ آدَمَ، قَالَ: ثناسُفْيَانُ، عَنِالزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْسَالِمٍ، عَنْأَبِيهِرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:" مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلا قَدْ أَبَرَ، فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلَّذِي بَاعَهَا، إِلا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ".
English Translation
Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever sells palm trees that have been pollinated, the fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”جو پیوند شدہ کھجور کا درخت بیچے، تو پھل کا حقدار بیچنے والا ہے، الا یہ کہ خریدار کوئی شرط طے کر لے۔“[المنتقى ابن الجارود/كتاب البيوع والتجارات/حدیث: 628]
