حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ: وثَنَا بِهِ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى، قَالَ: ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيَّ فِي عَشَرَةٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَحَدُهُمْ أَبُو قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ: إِنِّي لأُعَلِّمُكُمْ بِصَلاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ ابْنُ يَحْيَى: وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ.
English Translation
Narrated Abu Humaid As-Sa'idi (may Allah be pleased with him) in the presence of ten Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), one of whom was Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him). He said: 'I am the most knowledgeable among you of the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).' Ibn Yahya said: And he related the full hadith.

سیدنا ابو حمید ساعدی رضی اللہ عنہ نے سیدنا ابو قتادہ رضی اللہ عنہ سمیت دس صحابہ کی موجودگی میں کہا: رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی نماز کو میں آپ سب سے زیادہ جانتا ہوں۔ ابن یحیٰ رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں: آگے انہوں نے ساری حدیث بیان کی۔[المنتقى ابن الجارود/كتاب الصلاة/حدیث: 193]
