أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَفْضَلُ الْكَلَامِ أَرْبَعٌ لَا تُبَالِي بِأَيِّهِنَّ بَدَأْتَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ»
English Translation
Hadrat Samurah ibn Jundub (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «The best words are four; you need not worry which one you begin with: Glory be to Allah, All praise is for Allah, There is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest.»
Urdu Translation
حضرت سمرہ بن جندب رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: «بہترین کلمات چار ہیں، تمہیں فکر کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں کہ ان میں سے کس سے شروع کرو: سبحان اللہ، الحمد للہ، لا الٰہ الا اللہ، اللہ اکبر۔»
