English Translation
Ahmad bin Ali bin al-Muthanna narrated to us, Yahya bin Sa'id al-Qattan narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, he said: Ata' informed me that he heard Abu Hurayra say: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'When any one of you leads the people in prayer, let him be brief, for among them are the weak, the sick, and those with needs. And when any one of you prays alone, let him make it as long as he wishes.'
