أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ يُونُسَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَالِكٍ الْأَشْجَعِيُّ عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «يَقُولُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَا رَبَّاهُ فَيَقُولُ الرَّبُّ جَلَّ وَعَلَا يَا لَبَّيْكَاهُ فَيَقُولُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ يَا رَبِّ حَرَّقْتَ بَنِيَّ فَيَقُولُ أَخْرِجُوا مِنَ النَّارِ مَنْ كَانَ فِي قَلْبِهِ ذَرَّةٌ أَوْ شَعِيرَةٌ مِنْ إِيمَانٍ»
English Translation
Hadrat 'Amir ibn Rabi'ah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated: The Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "When one of you sees a funeral, if he is not going with it, let him stand until it passes him or is placed down before it passes him."
