أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى* حَدَّثَنَا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْقَيْسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيُّ النَّاسِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْكَ؟ قَالَ «عَائِشَةُ» قِيلَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ؟ قَالَ «أَبُو بَكْرٍ» قِيلَ ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قَالَ «عُمَرُ» قِيلَ ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ «
English Translation
Abu Bakrah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said during his sermon on the Day of Sacrifice: 'Indeed, your blood, your property, and your honor are sacred to you, like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this month of yours, in this city of yours.'
