أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ الضُّبَعِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يَسُوقُ بَقَرَةً إ��ذْ أَعْيَا فَرَكِبَهَا فَالْتَفَتَتْ إِلَيْهِ» فَقَالَتْ إِنَّا لَمْ نُخْلَقْ لِهَذَا إِنَّمَا خُلِقْنَا لِحِرَاثَةِ الْأَرْضِ فَقَالَ النَّاسُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «فَإِنِّي أُؤْمِنُ بِهَذَا أَنَا وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ» وَلَيْسَا فِي الْقَوْمِ قَالَ فَقَالَ النَّاسُ آمَنَّا بِمَا آمَنَ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
English Translation
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever spends two things in the way of Allah will be called from the gates of Paradise: O servant of Allah, this is good. Whoever is from the people of prayer will be called from the gate of prayer, whoever is from the people of jihad will be called from the gate of jihad, whoever is from the people of fasting will be called from the gate of al-Rayyan, and whoever is from the people of charity will be called from the gate of charity.' Abu Bakr said: O Messenger of Allah, will anyone be called from all these gates? He said: 'Yes, and I hope that you will be among them.'
