أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْحِزَامِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «يُوشِكُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ أَنْ يُحَصَرُوا بِالْمَدِينَةِ حَتَّى يَكُونَ أَبْعَدَ مَسَالِحِهِمْ سَلَاحُ»
English Translation
Ibrahim bin Abi Umayyah in Tarsus and Umar bin Sa'id in Manbij narrated to us, they said: Hammad bin Yahya al-Balkhi narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, he said: Ziyad bin Sa'd narrated to us from al-Zuhri from Sa'id bin al-Musayyib from Abu Hurairah who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, one of you would love to see me more than he loves his family and wealth.'
