أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ قَالَ ذُكِرَ عِنْدَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الرَّهْنُ فِي السِّلْمِ فَقَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي الْأَسْوَدُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ اشْتَرَى مِنْ يَهُودِيٍّ طَعَامًا إِلَى سَنَةٍ وَرَهَنَهُ دِرْعًا لَهُ مِنْ حَدِيدٍ»
English Translation
Abu Ya'la informed us, saying: Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, saying: Abd al-A'la narrated to us, saying: Hisham al-Dastawa'i narrated to us from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir from Abu Salamah from Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'If two Muslims meet with their swords, both the killer and the killed are in the Fire.'
