أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو صَخْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ قُسَيْطٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أُتِيَ بِكَبْشٍ أَقْرَنَ يَطَأُ فِي سَوَادٍ وَيَنْظُرُ فِي سَوَادٍ وَيَبْرُكُ فِي سَوَادٍ فَأَتَى بِهِ لِيُضَحِّيَ بِهِ قَالَ ﷺ «يَا عَائِشَةُ هَلُمِّي الْمُدْيَةَ» ثُمَّ قَالَ «حُدِّيهَا بِحَجَرٍ» فَفَعَلْتُ فَأَخَذَهَا وَأَخَذَ الْكَبْشَ فَأَضْجَعَهُ ثُمَّ ذَبَحَهُ وَقَالَ «بِسْمِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ مِنْ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَمِنْ أُمَّةِ مُحَمَّدٍ» ثُمَّ ضَحَّى بِهِ ﷺ
English Translation
Abu Khalifah al-Fadl ibn al-Hubab al-Jumahi informed us, saying: Abu al-Walid Hisham ibn Abd al-Malik al-Tayalisi narrated to us, saying: Shu'bah narrated to us from Qatadah from Anas ibn Malik that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'Whoever prays like our prayer, faces our qiblah, and eats our slaughtered animal is a Muslim, for him is the protection of Allah and the protection of His Messenger, so do not betray Allah in His protection.'
