أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ السُّكَيْنِ بِبَلَدِ الْمَوْصِلِ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبٍ الطَّائِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ قَالَ «إنَّ مِنَ الشِّعْرِ حِكْمَةً»
English Translation
Abu Khalifah narrated to us, Musaddad narrated to us, Yahya ibn Said narrated to us from Shu'bah from Qatadah, from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: «Pride and arrogance are among the people of camels, and tranquility is among the people of sheep.»
