أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ نَبْهَانَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ كُنْتُ أَنَا وَمَيْمُونَةُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَجَاءَ ابْنُ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ يَسْتَأْذِنُ وَذَلِكَ بَعْدَ أَنْ ضُرِبَ الْحِجَابُ فَقَالَ «قُومَا» فَقُلْنَا إِنَّهُ مَكْفُوفٌ وَلَا يُبْصِرُنَا قَالَ «أَفَعَمْيَاوَانِ أَنْتُمَا لَا تُبْصِرَانِهِ؟! » *
English Translation
Ahmad ibn Yahya ibn Zuhayr informed us, he said: Muhammad ibn Yahya al-Qarashi narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Ja'far ibn al-Zibriqan narrated to us, he said: Sufyan al-Thawri narrated to us, from Abdul Malik ibn Umayr, from Warrad, the client of al-Mughira, from al-Mughira ibn Shu'ba, who said: The Prophet ﷺ used to say after every obligatory prayer: There is no deity except Allah alone with no partner, to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs the praise, and He is capable of all things. O Allah, none can withhold what You give, and none can give what You withhold, and no wealth of a wealthy person can benefit him against You.
