English Translation
Al-Hasan ibn Sufyan informed us, he said: Ibrahim ibn al-Hajjaj narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salama narrated to us, from Abu Ja'far al-Khatmi, from Umara ibn Ruwaym, from his mother, who said: I asked Aisha: With what would the Messenger of Allah ﷺ begin his night prayer? She said: 'You have asked me about something that no one has asked me before. He would begin with: Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You, blessed is Your name, exalted is Your majesty, and there is no deity except You.'
