أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْجَنَدِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زِيَادٍ اللَّحْجِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قُرَّةَ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ نَافِعٍ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ «سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَنْهَى عَنِ الْقَزَعِ» فَقُلْتُ وَمَا الْقَزَعُ؟ فَأَشَارَ لَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ قَالَ «إِذَا حَلَقَ الصَّبِيُّ وَتَرَكَ هَاهُنَا شَعْرًا وَهَاهُنَا شَعْرًا» فَأَشَارَ لَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ إِلَى نَاصِيَتِهِ وَجَانِبَيْ رَأْسِهِ فَقِيلَ لِعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ الْجَارِيَةُ وَالْغُلَامُ فَقَالَ لَا أَدْرِي هَكَذَا قَالَ
English Translation
Al-Mufaddal ibn Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Jandi in Mecca informed us, he said: Ali ibn Ziyad al-Lahji narrated to us, he said: Abu Qurra narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: Ubaydullah ibn Umar informed me that Umar ibn Nafi' informed him, from Nafi', that he heard Ibn Umar say: "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbid al-qaza'." I said: What is al-qaza'? Ubaydullah indicated to us, saying: "When the boy shaves and leaves hair here and hair here." Ubaydullah indicated to us at his forelock and the sides of his head. It was said to Ubaydullah: The girl and the boy? He said: I do not know. This is what he said.
