أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ بِالْبَصْرَةِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ بَحْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ * عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ يُحْرَمِ الرِّفْقَ يُحْرَمِ الْخَيْرَ»
English Translation
It was narrated from Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "Whoever swears an oath and says 'If Allah wills' has an option. If he wishes, he may fulfill it, and if he wishes, he may leave it without expiation."
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جس نے قسم کھائی اور کہا 'ان شاء اللہ' تو اس کے لیے اختیار ہے۔ اگر چاہے تو پورا کرے، اور اگر چاہے تو چھوڑ دے بغیر کفارے کے۔"
