أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الشُّفْعَةُ فِي كُلِّ رَبْعَةٍ أَوْ حَائِطٍ لَا يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَتَّى يَعْرِضَ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ فَإِنْ شَاءَ أَخَذَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ»
English Translation
Hadrat Jabir (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "Pre-emption (shu'fah) applies in every shared property or garden. It is not proper for him to sell until he offers it to his partner; if his partner wishes, he takes it, and if he wishes, he leaves it."
Urdu Translation
حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: شفعہ ہر مشترکہ جائیداد یا باغ میں ہے۔ اس کے لیے مناسب نہیں کہ بیچے یہاں تک کہ اپنے شریک کو پیش کرے، اگر شریک چاہے تو لے لے اور اگر چاہے تو چھوڑ دے۔
