أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «لَا تَحِلُّ صَفْقَتَانِ فِي صَفْقَةٍ وَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَعَنَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَكَاتِبَهُ»
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be well pleased with him) said: Two transactions in one transaction are not permissible, and the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) cursed the one who consumes riba (usury), the one who pays it, the two witnesses to it, and the one who records it.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن مسعود رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے فرمایا: ایک سودے میں دو سودے جائز نہیں، اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے سود کھانے والے، سود کھلانے والے، اس کے دونوں گواہوں اور اس کے لکھنے والے پر لعنت فرمائی۔
