أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ صُهَيْبٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا صَلَّى أَيَّامَ حُنَيْنٍ هَمَسَ شَيْئًا فَقِيلَ لَهُ إِنَّكَ تَفْعَلُ شَيْئًا لَمْ تَكُنْ تَفْعَلُهُ قَالَ أَقُولُ «اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أُحَاوِلُ وَبِكَ أُصَاوِلُ وَبِكَ أُقَاتِلُ»
English Translation
Ahmad ibn Ali ibn al-Muthanna informed us, Ubaydullah ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, his father narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us from Qatadah from Anas from the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «Paradise is surrounded by difficulties, and Hellfire is surrounded by desires.»
Urdu Translation
احمد بن علی بن المثنی نے ہمیں بیان کیا، یحییٰ بن آدم نے ہمیں بیان کیا، سفیان نے ہمیں اعمش سے بیان کیا - اسی معنی میں۔
