Arabic (Original)
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ وَأَبُو عَوَانَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُهَيْلُ بْنُ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا يَجْزِي وَلَدٌ وَالِدَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَجِدَهُ مَمْلُوكًا فَيَشْتَرِيَهُ فَيَعْتِقَهُ»
English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: «The people will be gathered barefoot, naked, and uncircumcised.» Then he recited: «As We began the first creation, We will repeat it.» The first to be clothed on the Day of Resurrection will be Ibrahim.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: «لوگوں کو ننگے پاؤں، برہنہ اور غیر مختون اٹھایا جائے گا۔» پھر آپ نے یہ آیت تلاوت فرمائی: «جیسے ہم نے پہلی تخلیق کا آغاز کیا، ہم اسے دہرائیں گے۔» قیامت کے دن سب سے پہلے ابراہیم علیہ السلام کو کپڑے پہنائے جائیں گے۔
