أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَوْنٍ حَدَّثَنَا فَيَّاضُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ الْمُزَنِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَسَحَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «صِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ وَإِفْطَارُهُ»
English Translation
Hadrat Qurrah al-Muzani (may Allah be well pleased with him) — and the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) had wiped over his head — narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «Fasting three days of every month is the fasting and breaking fast of the entire year.»
Urdu Translation
حضرت قرہ مزنی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ — اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ان کے سر پر ہاتھ پھیرا تھا — سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: «ہر مہینے تین دن کے روزے ہمیشہ کے روزے اور افطار ہیں۔»
